In April we had our first visit from Ofsted, and we are pleased to be able to share the outcome of this report. As a new provider, we were judged as making significant progress in all areas that Ofsted report on in a monitoring visit, which is the highest possible judgement.

The Ofsted inspectors observed that we have developed “an extremely coherent curriculum” and work “collaboratively with Imperial College London academic staff to develop the knowledge and skills far beyond the basics of A level”. Ofsted identified that our programme “prepares learners exceptionally well for their next steps into … undergraduate courses and degree apprenticeships”.

They noted that our teachers are “highly skilled and experts in their subjects” and teaching and learning is “exceptionally high quality”, including a “highly effective” personal development curriculum that teaches students “how to lead healthy and safe lives.”
