Consent and permissions are handled in a variety of ways depending upon the type of photography the School is undertaking. It is important to note that in most situations under the new GDPR policy a consent form is not required, as these are covered by School privacy notices and legitimate interests.
The approach to consent changes slightly according to the type of photography the School undertakes. For some events and locations the School must ask attendees to complete a photography consent form. However, even if we don't need to request consent, the School will always make people aware that photography is taking place and let them know how they can opt out.
